Known to everybody in "the business" (if you don't know what "the business" is, you are not a businessman), he is the finest locksmith in Ankh-Morpork. A clever man, he can open any (normal, i.e. human- or dwarf-made) lock within an hour, with tools of his own invention, for a mere ten percent of the findings.
